Russellville store are very mean, employees don't want to help have rude answers and bad attitudes!! Getting help is almost impossible. I waited 20 min for him to finish a conversation with a friend about a game, then he refuses to help he said buy them.all then.you will get the right one!!! What a ignorant rude person

Hardly ever have what I need, especially in the electronics department. Not enough cashiers. The customer service isn't that great and it's hard to get help. Sometimes when I have needed help, it was either I couldn't find anyone or they didn't know what I was talking about or where to find it. Poor place to shop compared to other locations.
